Refund & Returns Policy

At VROZ, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because our items are custom-produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color preference, ordering errors, or change of mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before completing their purchase.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Misprinted

  • With a manufacturing defect

  • As the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we may review and resolve the issue promptly.


How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, please contact our support team and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Approved claims will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on the resolution, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Personal preference

  • Change of mind

  • Orders placed in error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:
