Shipping Policy

At VROZ, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing & Production

All items are custom-made upon purchase.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is shipped.

Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.


Shipping Times (United States)

Once production is complete, orders are shipped using standard carriers.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Estimated international delivery time:

  • 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak season volume

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

VROZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third-party service providers.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

VROZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.

If the issue cannot be resolved, contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the matter.
